When wiki page's title contains question mark (?), this character is not encoded, when creating internal wiki-repository's file for particular page. When page with such title is saved, a file containing ? in name is created in that repository. This makes this repository completely unusable under Windows (and problably other systems as well) as git pull will fail on any file containing ? in filename.
