Plugin SDK to create a task plugin cannot start in Bamboo 3.3

    Description

      When using the Atlassian plugin SDK to develop a task plugin as detailed in https://developer.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOODEV/Introduction+to+writing+Tasks

      a) atlas-run starts Bamboo in 3.1. Should this be 3.3? I don't imagine we would want people developing plugins that may not work in 3.3.
      b) trying "atlas-run --version 3.3" fails, when starting up the website you get: 

      2011-10-14 15:00:15             fatal             bootstrap             Could not load bootstrap from environment               java.lang.IllegalStateException: Unable to bootstrap Bamboo: Failed to  run pre-bootstrap upgrade tasks. Please contact Atlassian and  https://support.atlassian.com
