Upgrade from pre 3.2 should set up project links properly.

    Description

      Or at least give some information to the customer that he need to upgrade his plans/projects configuration manually if he want to see issues on build result pages.

      See BSP-5504 for details.

      Another resolution would be to update "Upgrade Guides" on CAC. (I don't know where they are, if somebody would link them here and remove my comment - kudos).

          Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. BAM-9868 Bamboo should use default application link to retrieve issues +from jira 4.2.x+ when no project entity link is set up for a plan.
