Include standard error logs in Email notifications when builds fail

      Problem

      Currently we include test case failure in the logs, but there is no indication as to why the build failed - if its due build errors.

      Suggested improvement

      (Optionally) include the full errors of the build in the notification e-mails so that users would not have to log in to Bamboo to diagnose the issue. Embed the Error summary contents in the notification that is sent out.
