editing existing Subversion repository doesn't pass the validation

      Steps to reproduce:
      1) go here
      2) wait till "Subversion" repository configuration loads (on the right side)
      3) click "Save Repository" (on the right)
      4a) you will get red "This is not a valid Subversion Repository: svn: Authentication required for '<https://studio.atlassian.com:443> Subversion Repository'"
      4b) while I expected the repository will be saved with no problems
