We have a deploy stage that searchs for an ear file in a artifact dir and deploy that ear. The ear is generated by a previous stage and is shared with deploy stage.

After some builds are triggered, multiple ears are stored in the artifacts folder, so the script doesn't know which one to deploy.

It would be interesing if Bamboo had an option to clear target folder before copying artifacts. As a workaroud we always force a clean build, but this has the side effect of slowing down our builds and we have to reconfigure source repository for that specific stage (we cannot use plan's repository)
