User Management: If cache refresh interval was not specified on the crowd.properties file, upon upgrade the Cache Refresh Interval should be set to default value

      • Upgrade bamboo with a crowd.properties file that does not contain an entry for "bamboo.crowd.cache.minutes"
      • Login, and go to User Management page

      Expected: The Cache Refresh Interval to be set to default value (60).
