      This feature request relates to: BAM-247

      currently the build strategy can only be configured on the build plan.
      it would be nice to allow a stage or task to have their own build strategy / execution trigger.

      So one could create one plan for continuous builds (triggered by VCS changes), a nightly build (fixed timely trigger) and a release build (manual)
