Provide More Customization options for the Wallboard

      Before 3.1 the wallboard was displaying all the failed builds on the top. Version 3.1 started displaying them in the same order as the Dashboard.

      Would be good to allow users to define what order they want to display the plans. Alphabetic, failures first or custom order.

            Things I'd like to see with the wallboard:

            • Ability to choose number of columns and rows for cards – When I am tracking a lot of builds at once, I don't want to have to scroll down to see those on a row that is off-page.
            • Ability to change the colour of the cards – The red isn't so bad, but the green can be too bright.
            • Ability to change the colour of the spinning "in progress" circle – That blue on the red & green cards... yuck.
            • Ability to change font size on the cards – Some of our longer build plan names get truncated and we can't readily tell apart builds with similar names.

            Would like more to increase number of columns for larger displays so more plans fit on first page.
