After a few logins, user is locked out of the Bamboo console

I can successfully login to my bamboo site x amount of times.. maybe 5 or 10? At some point, it will not allow me to fully login to the site. It will take my login and password and then sends me back to the home screen but I'm technically not logged in. In the upper right hand corner I still get the link that asks me to Log in. From this point I cannot log into the site, this was using Chrome. I switched to IE and it allowed me to login, but after x amount of times it start to do the same thing. The only way I have found to get the browsers to log into the site again is by clearing it's cache, cookies etc. Once I do that, then I can fully log back into the site. My guess is there is some kind of login counter in a cookie ?? that is doing some kind of check. Very odd bug. I'm running 3.0.1 on Linux.
