Ajaxy panels don't behave properly when a full page is returned from bamboo.

      If bamboo is required to return an error style page, for example the block when indexing, the ajax panels on the dashboard include the whole page within the panel. See screen shot.

      To reproduce - have two browsers open, one on the dashboard. In the other begin re-indexing. Watch the dashboard page.
