Agents don't reconnect to the broker after connectivity is lost

      When connectivity is lost between the agent and the broker or Bamboo HTTP server, the agents crash. This causes problems for clients using large amounts agents.
      Agents don't really need to crash for reasons that cannot be locally resolved, like java.net.ConnectException . Instead, they should just try to restart (maybe even indefinitely).
