Bamboo Standalone based on Tomcat

    Description

      Bamboo standalone should ship with tomcat instead of Jetty as other Atlassian products are ship with tomcat, and also to be more inline with other Atlassian Products.

      Due to the differentiation between tomcat and jetty, this bring some difficulties while integrate with other products such as JIRA.
