Investigate why Bamboo can't detect that some DB Schema changes were already made

      Investigate why Bamboo was not able to detect that the change was not necessary. During a restart, the following is reported:

      alter table AUTHOR add constraint author_author_name_key unique (AUTHOR_NAME)
