Option to set an ignore pattern by repository comment/author

I have a build process that commits a lot of different files in different locations, meaning that the include/exclude file option is not suitable in 3.0 to exclude the build process' checkins. My checkins are done by a dedicated svn user, and the comment is unique and predictable (e.g. 'QA Build x.x.x.x)

I would like to be able to supply an expression that is checked against revision author and/or comment. If it matches then the revision does not trigger the build.
