Mercurial Repository capability not correctly set by default on the Default Elastic Configuration

The HG repository capability key is defined as system.hg.executable but is mercurial.executable in the elastic-image-capabilities.properties. This basically means that HG does not work out of the box for elastic and the user has to configure the image configuration to have this capability manually.
