Add configuration option to enable or disable shallow clones for git to the git repository in Bamboo

We should have shallow clones used by default for git repositories.

However, some builds may require access to history data. To cater for this we should have a checkbox for git repositories in Bamboo as to whether shallow clones should be used.

Shallow clones should be used by default.
