Incorrect error message thrown when updating starter Bamboo license with too many jobs

      We chuck out this error

      license.error.tooManyPlans = You currently have <b>{0}</b> {0,choice,0#plans|1#plan|1<plans} configured and the new license only allows <b>{1}</b> \
        {1,choice,0#plans|1#plan|1<plans}. To continue updating your license you will need to first remove an additional <b>{2}</b> {2,choice,0#plans|1#plan|1<plans}.

      We document that the old way of counting plan is no longer valid in Bamboo 2.7:

      We should let the user know that he has too many jobs and explain the difference.
