If you have a large project with many plans, it's difficult to set up the same set of plans on a new branch when starting a new piece of work.

If there was a way to bulk edit or manage configuration in Bamboo, you could manage it there. However, I think an easier solution to implement is a set of new REST APIs which support viewing and editing plan and job configuration.

This would allow customers like us at Atlassian to write scripts to maintain our Bamboo plans remotely, and create a set of new plans from existing configurations very easily.
