It seems that if the Jira project key has a "." in it, Bamboo only processes what comes after "." as the real issue key.
You can see this in the attached screenshot where the issue key is "CETELEM.FIDEL-41" but bamboo creates the link to "FIDEL-41". This happens in all Bamboo not only this screen.
