      From customer:

      I tried running the Bamboo 2.7 beta1 installer on Windows 7 64bits with a 64 bit JVM :
      $ java -version
      java version "1.6.0_21"
      Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_21-b07)
      Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 17.0-b17, mixed mode)

      I get the following error and log file.

        1. i4j_nlog_4.txt
          6 kB

            [BAM-7119] Installation using Java 6 fails

            I don't think it makes sense - I will create the 64bit installer variant today, let's just give him the link.

            This is not a 64bit issue, this is a Java 6 issue. We need to repackage the Windows installer with MS redistributable dll(s).
