Failed builds should not generate some data points

      When builds configured to use test reporting or Clover fail, they generate a zero datapoint. In an ideal world, builds don't break, but when they do they create unnecessary discontinuities that obscure the graph trends.

      May I suggest that, if possible, no data be generated for those builds?
