Allow multiple tabs on dashboard page

      As it stands we can have 'All Plans' and 'My Plans'. It would be neat to allow multiple 'All Plans'-type tabs to help organize builds. We might eventually have 100 builds or more and it would be easier to find it if we could break up the 'All Plans' list and not have to wade through the whole thing.
