Hi All, I am new to Bamboo and I am using clearcase... I have gone though the above mail chain.
I have installed bamboo 4. on Linux and install clearcase plugin 0.3.4 too. but when I select source repository it doesnot show clearcase.
Please help

With the availability of the ClearCase plugin, we believe that this feature request can now be resolved. At the current point in time, we have no intention of shipping the plugin with core Bamboo.

For future improvements, bugs, and requests related to ClearCase - Bamboo integration, please use the ClearCase Repository Plugin project.

You are correct that currently the Bamboo ClearCase plugin only supports
UCM.

Sorry, but at the present time there is no intension to make it support
base ClearCase as I am short of time to develop this and UCM is what I
am using.

If you are familiar with ClearCase commands I believe that changes
required would not be that complicated as I would make use of the
cleartool lshistory command and the view creation just becomes tied to
your branch / branches.

Following is my problem:

I am an extensive user of clearcase and all my projects are on clearcase. I wanted to use Bamboo as my build automation tool and i have the 1.2.4 version installed. i downloaded the Clearcase plugin and installed the same. But looks like it only support Clearcase UCM.
Can i use Bamboo for base clearcase? I dont have a project VOB or i dont follow the UCM clearcase in my projects.
