Users should be able to upload the keys required for EBS through the web interface. This is a major pain for JIRA Studio customers and support, as customers are left confused because they don't have access to their server to upload the keys, and so they have to create a support request, and then the support team have to handle that. For the amount of effort it would take to provide the option to upload the keys, this would be a massive win for JIRA Studio support.
