From ADM-7943: Studio deployments need the ability to use individual user credentials, specified per build plan, when running Maven (particularly in the deploy phase).

I don't know how the credentials would be provided to the builder – whether to give it a settings.xml (and settings-security.xml for password encryption), or just to have a few textfields for username/password... The implementation doesn't matter all that much, as long as Bamboo users can't get access to each other's creds.
