Cannot start Bamboo 2.6-rc1 on Windows x64

      Cannot start Bamboo 2.6-rc1 on Windows x64. I tested 2.5.5 and did not get the same problem.

      Attached is a screenshot showing the error message when the BambooConsole.bat is run.

            For some reason, one of the wrapper.exe binaries ended up truncated in repository.

            It'd be good to figure out what's going on and this wasn't picked up when we manually tested.

            Anatoli's rolling back the changes for the wrapper so we can at least release 2.6 as it was in 2.5
