Low Description
Here's my use case:
I'm opening a SSH connection to my machine at work and I tunnel localhost:8085 to remote kozlak:8085. I access Bamboo using http://localhost:8085/bamboo. In Bamboo I open the dashboard and I can see activity stream without icons and links are unusable. Sample entry from activity stream looks like:

The "http://kozlak:8085/bamboo" URL is the Base URL configured in Bamboo but I think that here URL coming from the actual request shall be used - in this case "http://localhost:8085/bamboo"
