On the admin page that allows you to configure the instant messaging server, this caption is shown:

Enter the details of the instant messaging server to add in Bamboo, then click Save. Currently only XMPP (such as Jabber, JiveMessenger) is supported.

The product "JiveMessenger" has been renamed (twice!) over the last few years: first to "Wildfire" in 2005, and later to "Openfire" in 2007.

The name "JiveMessenger" should be replaced with "Openfire" - this is a pretty trivial change, but should be easily fixed.
