we are currently running multiple projects on our bamboo server. Each project using Maven 2 has the ability to enable plugins at the application level in the POM. If we do not have a license for the particular plugin, or a license for the most recent plugin (such as with a clover update), then the build will fail.

We would like a way to easily control what version of a plugin a project is allowed to use - Perhaps as an option in the bulk edit section of the admin console.
