Exception when hitting config page for build that does not exist

hitting the url e.g.

http://localhost:8085/bamboo/browse/MYNONEXISTING-PLAN/config

Results in the following stack trace in the logs:

http://localhost:8085/bamboo/browse/DES-YAYAA/config

And horrible exceptions all over the UI.
