Background page refresh in IE7

      Need to check if this is actually working

      From Penny:

      On IE7, error message is shown:
      "Background page refresh cannot contact server. Please ensure Bamboo server is available and reload the page."
      Reloading the page works fine but the error appears again next time it attempts to refresh.
