Currently, when a build fails - an email notification is sent to the associated committers with a subject line similar to

"[Bamboo] SomeProject - trunk-clean build 18 has FAILED. Change made by Joe Blow"

I have received complaints that this subject line is too accusatory (it accuses the person of having broken the build). Specially when the person is part of a list and they may not have been the actual person to break the build.

So. Regardless of the validity of the above complaints, I would like to be able to change the subject line to something else of my choosing - ideally with a more tactful message.

The body of the message is easily customizable through templates. However, in reading around
(and I haven't looked at the source code yet) I have seen comments to the effect that
the subject line of build notification emails are hard coded in the BuildResultsRenderer class.

If this is the situation, could you please at least expose the MessageFormat strings outside the code so that they may be modified without having to recompile the app?
