Queue re-ordering doesn't work in Safari 4

    Description

      When I click "Re-order" in the Build Queue on Safari 4, the re-order controls flicker briefly, then the page re-draws with two rows of Dashboard tabs and no other content. (See attached screen shot)

      It works OK in Firefox 3.5.
