Bamboo still seems to be running build on elastic agent that was shut down.

      Bamboo seems to be able to think that it is still running builds on an agent that is shutdown. The build does not appear that it wants to finish. It is not even possible to stop the build using the web UI.

      It appears that the agent got killed in the middle of the checkout if this helps.
