Monitor the status of a remote/elastic agent and notify via email/IM about status changes.
The conditions on when a notification is sent should be configurable, ie Agent has not been online for more than 1h, similar to the repo quiet period

Agreed. This is a valuable feature (receive an email notification when an elastic bamboo agent goes offline).
