Requirements are erased if builder configuration has changed

      Hello,

      We have defined a plan with "Script" as builder and added some extra custom requirements.
      Each time we modify the Builder configuration, all the requirements are erased except the "Script" one.

      Apparently, this does not happen with the other kinds of builder.
