Bamboo database instance should be tagged with the bamboo revision build number to avoid version conflicts between db schema and bamboo.cfg.xml

An external database can be accessed from many bamboo instances. Naturally the DB schema will be updated when an upgrade occurred.
However an older instance of bamboo (with a different bamboo.home) may access the DB accidentally. A tag with the bamboo revision build number should protect the database from being accessed by older versions of bamboo.
