Build Hung Actions

Bamboo supports sending a notification when a build is hung, but I really want to be able to say, "when a build is hung, cancel it". I don't want to wake up in the morning and see a notification that a build hung (which held up all other builds in the queue). Bamboo should just cancel it (which is all that I'd do) and move on.
