According to http://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Creating+a+Remote+Agent#BambooRemoteAgentInstallationGuide-Runningtheremoteagentwithdifferentstartupcommands
an agent service can be installed and configured.
The <start> command however overrides the configuration with the default files. The <start> command should preserve the configuration and run the agent inside the wrapper.
