Contents of comment tab completely blank when logged out

      bdac running bamboo 2.2.1

      i visited the comments tab of a build when i was logged out of bamboo, and it was just completely blank. i reloaded the page a couple times, thinking it hadn't rendered all the way, until i noticed i was logged out. there should be a message or something in the space in this case
