    Description

      E.g.
      B depends on A
      if B is triggered whilst A building, B trigger is ignored.

      This will mean that further checkins against B won't run.

      Have to be optional.
      Must only block if the parent is the same revision as the child that is about to build, otherwise, the child might never build.
