Builder Configuration for MSBuilder Working Subdirectory not persisted/loaded correctly

    Description

      On a clean install the MSBuilder working subdirectory is

      • not displayed when editing the plan (subdirectory has been configured beforehand)
      • is displayed in the plan's builder config view
      • is not persisted when restarting bamboo.
