    Description

      We currently have API for adding comments, however I was not able to find any API for fetching existing comments (also from other users).
      New Bamboo has also capability of creating virtual chat rooms around build comments. This API obviously should expose also these comments (send via IM).

      This feature is needed by Eclipse and IntelliJ Connector.
