Add option to disable automatic building of new build plans

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Bamboo currently triggers an automatic build of each plan once the setup process is finished, and while it is still preferable to have this option enabled by default, it would be useful to add the ability to disable this behaviour. This would be most useful where there is a relatively large repository to be downloaded for a new build.
