Sentence incomplete in Plan Details -> Build Plan Key description

In the Create New Plan section of Bamboo, in section 1 "Plan Details", the description associated with "Build Plan Key" reads:
"This is the key for the plan which must unique within a project. "

If you read it carefully you'll discover it's missing a verb... it should read "This is the key for the plan which must BE unique within a project"....
