Different icons in build overview for build plans that are running and build plans that are queued

    Description

      Currently Bamboo shows the same rotating circle icon for build plans triggered for build but waiting agent in queue and for build plans that are in real progress.
      It might be useful to have a different icon and probably a short status string that clearly show the difference.
