Upgrade Bamboo's crowd-client library

      Logging in Bamboo (with Crowd integrated) throws a null pointer exception as we are using crowd-integration-client-1.3.jar file.

      Note, this only occurs if the customer is using this ehcache.xml file - which is meant to be the workaround for CWD-1167
