      The artifact redirect for latest artifacts only apply to top the top level artifact directory, i.e. http://<Bamboo>/download/PLAN_KEY/artifacts/LATEST/<Artifact_Name> and you can't reference specific artifacts within the root <artifact_Name> directory, i.e http://<Bamboo>/download/PLAN_KEY/artifacts/LATEST/<Artifact_Name>/my_fancy_file.txt
