We had a developer who left our group, but since he had many projects as favorites, he was getting emails every time builds were completed. This was fine until IT shut off his email address, and we started getting bounced emails from bamboo.

It would be nice to have a way, using the administrator interface to disable a user so this sort of thing can be easily stopped.
